Terms of breastfeeding that makes a person suckle into a sepususuan child is as follows:
1. Happens before the age of two years
From Ibn Abbas RA, Rasulullah SAW, "There is no rodho" (susuan) except between two years of age. "(HR Daruquthni).
An alias of a child who suckles a mother will only be a child of the child if the child is not yet 2 years old. So, drinking milk of the wife does not make it mahram. Imam Malik raises up, the period of the surname becomes two years and two months. Imam Abu Hanifah increased six months to two-and-a-half years for caution.
2. The child suckled five times

Thus, the milk of the wife swallowed by her husband does not make her a child of his wife nor have any effect on their marriage.
